Experiential learning is built through a student-led 'entrepreneurial learning’ approach. Teaching is supported by strong research-led activity, and designed based on the development of entrepreneurial capabilities. Learning is experiential in nature and comprises the development of:
- Cognition (i.e. awareness and perception)
- Action based on built-up knowledge
- Individual competencies
To these areas are associated some key actions leading to the development of an entrepreneurial awareness (i.e. knowing what it means to be an entrepreneur), an entrepreneurial mindset (building motivation and interest, and learning how to think as an entrepreneur), business effectiveness and overall entrepreneurial capabilities (sharpening skills through experience and continuous personal development).
