The Creative Enterprise Centre is looking for 20 University of Westminster students or graduates curious and ready to embark on a 12-hour adventure on 14 March across London's top startup, innovation and enterprise hubs!
On the day, you will:
The London Venture Crawl will take 200 students from across London's universities on a unique entrepreneurial journey. Over the course of 12 hours, 7 Routemaster buses will take students to some of London's top startup, innovation and creative hubs to experience London's startup ecosystem first-hand and meet top entrepreneurial leaders. This year students will get the chance to visit London's Google Campus space, Creative Entrepreneurs, Barclays and many more exciting spaces...
The events of the day will be streamed live on London Live and various news channels. You will also get a chance to network and meet business leaders and the people creating new jobs and coming up with creative ways to meet society’s challenges. We aim to introduce students to entrepreneurship and a range of entrepreneurial journeys, provide a platform for knowledge exchange, foster collaboration and networking and instil entrepreneurial attributes through peer to peer interaction and experiential learning. The partnering universities are King’s College London, UCL, London Southbank, Brunel, Westminster, Loughborough (London campus), Birkbeck, UEL and the London College of Fashion.
Students and graduates interested in participating can apply by completing this form and submitting a 1-minute video showing or explaining what entrepreneurship means or looks like to them. The deadline for applications is 5 pm, 28 February!
Selection of the participants will solely be based on the videos uploaded, you are not expected to spend a lot of time producing the video or have to consider yourself an entrepreneur, own or run a business; we are looking for creativity, originality and a sincere interest or curiosity for enterprise and entrepreneurship!
