Entrepreneurship team secure £45k for international social innovation research project

The Professional Practice In Entrepreneurship team have just secured a British Council grant of £45,200 to work with Universiti of Malaysia Sabah on developing resilience of Social Enterprise through our special brand of team entrepreneurial learning.

This project led by Dr Ainurul Rosli, Dr Jane Chang and Fezzan Ahmed will seek to address the challenges stifling social innovation by encouraging new configurations of people, ideas and approaches to supporting social innovation.

We will identify synergies, potential research projects and collaborations to further the emerging network of research and innovation links in this area with early career researchers.

The project will begin in 2018 and will culminate in a five-day research workshop in May, which will work on participants’ capability to undertake solution-driven transdisciplinary research for entrepreneurial social innovation activities.
